Realistic and Glamorous Oil Paintings by Famous Artist Rob Hefferan
Rob Hefferan is an exceptionally talented figurative artist. His work not only captures the character and warmth of each subject, but transcends form to suggest the living, breathing essence of the individual. Working predominately with oils and acrylics, Rob's work is both eminently understandable and intensely familiar. Colour, light and texture harmonise intelligently and with stunning candour to produce works that resonate with vibrant life.

Rob's figurative pieces are beautifully balanced. Each of his works bears witness to his unerring ability to create and atomospheric backdrop, brushstroke by brusgstroke. Rare Picture of Silk Smitha

Silk Smitha
Vijayalakshmi Vadlapati (2 December 1960 – 23 September 1996), known popularly as Silk Smitha, was an Indian film artiste who worked predominantly in the South Indian languages. She entered the industry as an extra actress and first got noticed for her role as "Silk" in the 1979 Tamil film Vandichakkaram. She became the most sought-after erotic actress in the early 1980s. In a career spanning 17 years, she appeared in over 450 films in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. On September 23, 1996, she was found dead in her apartment in Chennai, apparently having committed suicide.
Vijayalakshmi was born in a poor family to Ramallu and Sarasamma in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. She left school after her fourth standard (in India, at about 8 years of age) due to the family's financial constraints. Her striking looks burdened her with uninvited attention, and her family married her off at a very young age. When she was ill-treated by her husband and in-laws, she ran away to Madras (now known as Chennai) and started living with an aunt.

In 1996, Smitha was found dead in her Chennai apartment. In the prior year she had been trying to move her career to become a film producer. Financial problems, a disillusionment in love and an alcohol dependency apparently led to depression. It is suspected that Smitha committed suicide by poisoning herself.

Love ur Mom

One of The Best and Awesome Video I  Have Ever Seen ...
No language can express the power, and beauty, and heroism, and majesty of a mother's love. It shrinks not where man cowers, and grows stronger where man faints, and over wastes of worldly fortunes sends the radiance of its quenchless fidelity like a star.

Bangalore International Convention Centre

Bangalore International Convention Centre

An International Convention Centre proposal by Yazdani Studio of Cannon Design in Bangalore, India. The feature of this project is how the architect transformed India’s traditional industry  – silk weaving into architecture and created a series of spatial sequences in this project.

Inspired by nature of silk weaving, a traditional industry in Bangalore, a discernable architectural ground plane weaves both built and landscaped elements into a rich tapestry of spaces and experiences. This ground plane comprised of entrance plazas, event terraces, landscaped courtyards and gardens, is the platform upon which the array of events and spectacles of the International Convention Centre will reveal themselves. It is the connective tissue that unites the hotel with the centre, the entrance plaza to events within the buildings, the banquet hall to terraces and the garden beyond.

The architectural concept also based upon the ideas of layering and weaving, places the large open elements of the convention centre atop one another. This approach allows for the most generous assignment of open space and landscaped areas on the site. The interplay of open and enclosed spaces at multiple levels creates a rich experiential fabric, maximizing the use of daylight along perimeter areas, and offering the kind of breathing space required in concert with busy programmed areas. Interwoven within these spaces is a dynamic structural expression that gives the Centre its special international signature.
